Updating my blurb form for WMM, set for release in February. I have to come up with key words for a web search. This is hard.
Here's what I have so far:
suspense
hostage
reconciliation
deputy
detective
baby
southern
sultry
Any suggestions?

I feel for ya, kiddo. :)
It's so much easier to come up with keywords for an entire site rather than one book. I did run the words you have down (and a couple of my own) through Google Adwords Keyword Finder...and it ranked them: mystery, police detective, romantic suspense, suspense novel were the highest - which just means people searched by those combos more than others...I think you've got a good start.

LOL. When I see reconciliation I think of confession - my 7 yr old just had to do her first reconciliation (confession) about two weeks ago at church (we're catholic).
The rest of the words look great. And congrats on the ISBN number. How cool!
